Full-Time Secretary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assistance in preparation of documents
- Assistance in response to client requests
- Assistance in office organisation
- Answering telephones, filing, photocopying and general office duties
- Perform any other tasks, or carry out any other duties, as requested by management
Qualifications Required:
- 1-2 years relevant office experience gained with either a secretarial or varied administration role
- Organised and motivated
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Able to set priorities, be flexible and accurate
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent Greek and English – both written and oral
