Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in preparation of documents
  • Assistance in response to client requests
  • Assistance in office organisation
  • Answering telephones, filing, photocopying and general office duties
  • Perform any other tasks, or carry out any other duties, as requested by management

Qualifications Required:

  • 1-2 years relevant office experience gained with either a secretarial or varied administration role
  • Organised and motivated
  • Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Able to set priorities, be flexible and accurate
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent Greek and English – both written and oral
