Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Handling of the reception desk
- Handling telephone calls
- Filling / Archiving
- Secretarial duties
- Good communication, organisation, supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
- Able to take initiative
- Good knowledge of English and Greek ( Russian will be considered an advantage )
- Good knowledge of computers ( Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail )
- Success in examinations ECDL will be considered an advantage
- Diploma College in Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage
- Past experience will be considered an advantage
