Job Description

Job Brief: AAATrade a regulated (CySec, MiFid) European Investment Firm and Market Maker aims to hire a Head of Account Opening and Customer Support to manage the account opening process and provide customer support to our clients. The successful candidate will overview sales telephone calls, provide assistance to employees and take corrective measures where and when is necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
•Responsible for new client’s accounts opening
•Collecting, filling, reviewing and evaluating Know Your Client (KYC) documentation for new clients in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
•Provide support on customer’s requests and queries via telephone and email
•Performing continuing checks and updates of KYC documentation for established clients
•Daily monitoring of sales telephone calls for compliance with marketing regulations and preparing phone call inspection reports
•Manage, train and assist department employees

Key Requirements:
•University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
•At least 3 years’ relevant work experience
•Languages: Excellent command of English
•Efficiency under pressure and consistency in meeting tight deadlines
•Good time management and a multitasker
•Attention to detail and quality of work
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Possess strong work ethic, leading skills and team player mentality
•Outstanding organizational and managing skills
