- Providing customer service to the company’s clients by phone, chat and e-mail
- Offer initial orientation to new customers
- Provide service to the customer’s queries by all supported channels
- Document all the communications
- Work with other team members and co-workers / departments
- Represent the Company at the highest level possible
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate
- Previous knowledge of ticketing software, live person chat and/or trading platform would be beneficial.
- Excellent English language both written and spoken is essential.
- A second language is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
