Job Description:

  • Providing customer service to the company’s clients by phone, chat and e-mail
  • Offer initial orientation to new customers
  • Provide service to the customer’s queries by all supported channels
  • Document all the communications
  • Work with other team members and co-workers / departments
  • Represent the Company at the highest level possible

Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate
  • Previous knowledge of ticketing software, live person chat and/or trading platform would be beneficial.
  • Excellent English language both written and spoken is essential.
  • A second language is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
